Currently we also have a waitlist for some age groups. Please contact us via this website to make enquiries and add your child to our waitlist.

Summer Training Schedule 2020

We'll have our summer training schedule available once we know when we can start training together again.
In the meantime, please follow any guidance that your coaches have sent out and in addition...
England Athletics is making some of it's programmes available free of charge to help us keep fit.
See below for their ideas and follow the links for more detail:

Athletics @home for 11+ year olds

England Athletics is working on a range of free athletics-based challenges for children and parents to take part in at home. These activities will cover a range of areas such as Speed, Endurance, Jumping, Throwing and Physical Preparation. These will be available shortly - in the meantime...

Athletics 365 Athlete Handbooks

Normally a 'paid for' resource England Athletics is making the Athletics 365 Athlete Handbooks (1 and 2) available free of charge (normally each handbook costs £9.99). This offer will be available until 30 September 2020.
The Athletics 365 Athlete Handbooks have been designed to help athletes measure and record their progress through the Athletics 365 programme. Suitable for children over 11 years of age, as well as adults, the handbooks include information on how to complete challenges and fun activities at home. This in-app resource also provides supporting videos for these challenges to help further bring them to life. Parents can also use these resources to help their children learn and practice these challenges at home.

Under 11's - Funetics

(starts at Age 4 so younger siblings of members can join in too!)

NB: All of the videos were made prior to the outbreak of coronavirus with the aim of enabling multiple parents and children to come together to enjoy fun athletics. At the moment therefore, please restrict the activities to your own family (excluding any members who are self-isolating) and within your own garden or home. Do not perform these activities in a public setting.
